Now I have all of the healthy food in my house to make the meals. So you could say that the healthy eating part is taken care of. If you only bring healthy food into your house you don’t have much choice but to eat it. The next step is to plan out when you can exercise. Now exercise doesn’t mean that you have to lift weight or run on a treadmill or some other machine.

It does mean that you need to find an activity that will burn calories. So if this means that you need to run on a treadmill then so be it. To me it means that I get to play basketball or go on a bike ride. You need to set aside some time at least 3-4 days per week where you can do a fat burning activity.
